Excellent experience, Some friends recommended Dons...from the first phone call Don insured me the best deal and experience. We made a tentative deal on the phone for some trades and sent to have them picked up for me. When I arrived the Staff was awesome to deal with, the deal was the best I could find in Maryland VA or PA.

I've been coming to Don's for 6 years now. This time it was for new tires. Not only did I get great customer service from both Josh and Allan but Josh remembered (From 5 years ago!!) and had Roy scrub my new shoes out. I'm always happy with Don's!

Back in August, I purchased a Polaris Northstar 570 Ranger from Don's Cycle. The sales guy, Tim was a pleasure to work with and the service/parts manager, Andrew has been really helpful on parts and accessories. I have purchased several vehicles from here and each and every time the customer service is exceptional. The staff goes to great lengths to ensure that you have a positive experience. I drive over an hour to make a purchase and/or get my vehicles serviced and the quality of the staff matches the quality of the services performed on my quads and dirt bikes. I ride another brand and they have been nothing but kind and helpful. We go there for repairs and inspection..maybe more somewhere down the line.

Called in with a problem on my 636. They told me to swing over they would ride it and try to help me from there. They were all friendly and professional.

Seriously would recommend going here as a beginner rider or for an experienced rider. All the staff are willing to go above and beyond to find the perfect bike for you and also get you the correct gear. Dons Kawasaki is no joke you will not be disappointed.
